"We're both pretty healthy. We don't need to
think about long term care, do we...?"

Long Term Care in Utah

If only it were that simple.

Hello, I'm Craig Judd, Retirement Specialist. I've been answering questions about long term care from my clients in Utah for over a decade.

And until recently, I was never fully satisfied with the options. When considering how to plan ahead for long term care, it was either digging into your savings or paying out expensive insurance premiums. Neither option met my criteria for the ideal solution.

"Finally a solution that works for us."

A Brilliant Idea
Here's the surprise: This brilliant solution came through our elected representatives in Washington DC. Now there's some good news!

In 2006 Congress worked out the details and passed the Pension Protection Act. But it didn't go into effect for four more years. It's only been in the last two years that these new solutions finally came into play. And my clients are delighted. I think you will be, too.

Who Does This Work For?

The clients I meet with are just like you. Concerned about the future. Determined to make the best choices. Cautious about every financial step. And that's who I love to work with. Because the clearer your thinking is on long term care, the more you study out the numbers, the more this new option makes complete sense.

Number Crunching

Of course, who wants to spend hours and hours plotting out all the different scenarios? Actually, I do. I love cranking up my software, crunching the numbers, and showing you how it will work out for you.

You have better things to do with your time. You still have plenty of living to do. People to see. Places to go. And a world to explore. That should be the focus of your retirement years.

"What if...?"
But it can be unsettling if you don't feel like your finances are completely in order. The "what ifs" can really start bugging you.
  • What if one of us should get seriously ill?
  • What if a stroke or injury leaves one of us bedridden?
  • What if one of us needs long term care?
The data show that it's likely that one or both of you will require long term care at some point. Once you recognize that, the only question left is how you're going to plan for it.

You Have People Counting on You

As you make your retirement plans you realize that it not just yourselves you're planning for. Your children and your grandchildren are counting on you to make the best decisions possible.

You certainly don't want to be burden to them; in fact, you're hoping to leave behind a legacy. Down payment for a home. College education. All sorts of things run through your mind.

Can you really manage your long term care needs and plan for a legacy too?

That's where these options are so perfect.

Give me a call and I'll show you how you can have it all.
